Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Vetrot website, purchasing any of our digital courses or services, or booking a call with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or booking.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products or services.
These terms apply to: All digital course purchases, done-for-you service purchases, and call bookings made through Vetrot.

Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any product or service from Vetrot or to book a call with us.
By completing a purchase or booking, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Vetrot reserves the right to cancel any order and issue no refund if we determine that the buyer does not meet this age requirement.
Important: Purchases made by anyone under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited and will be cancelled without refund.

Our Products and Services
Vetrot offers the following products and services:
- Digital Courses — we currently offer four digital courses covering online business topics. Each course is a downloadable or accessible digital product delivered to your email upon purchase.
- Done-For-You Services — we offer done-for-you business setup services where our team builds or sets up specific business systems on your behalf. Full details of what is included are described on our website.
- Call Bookings — we offer call booking sessions via Calendly for strategy and advisory purposes. These are subject to availability.
Vetrot reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

Purchasing and Payment
All purchases on Vetrot are processed through our third party payment providers — Stripe and Ko-fi. By completing a purchase you agree to their respective terms of service.
- All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Vetrot does not store any payment card details. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe or Ko-fi.
- You will receive a payment confirmation and your purchased product via email after a successful transaction.
- If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and no product will be delivered.

Digital Product Delivery
All Vetrot digital courses and products are delivered exclusively by email to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- Delivery is typically instant or within a short period after payment confirmation.
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your product within 24 hours.
- If you have not received your product after 24 hours, contact us at ai@vetrot.com with your order details.
- It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout.
- Vetrot is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the buyer.

No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Vetrot operates a strict no refund policy.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant delivery of course content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.
- No refunds will be issued for digital courses once they have been delivered to your email.
- No refunds will be issued for done-for-you services once work has commenced.
- No refunds will be issued for call booking fees once the call has taken place.
- By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
If you have a genuine concern about your purchase please contact us at ai@vetrot.com and we will do our best to assist you within the bounds of this policy.

Intellectual Property and Licence
All content, materials, courses, guides, and resources created and sold by Vetrot are the exclusive intellectual property of Vetrot and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Strictly Personal Use Only. All purchases are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, reproduce, or transfer any Vetrot course or material to any third party.
- You may not use any Vetrot content to create derivative works or competing products.
- You may not upload, post, or share Vetrot materials on any platform, website, or social media channel.
- You may not claim ownership of any Vetrot content or present it as your own work.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of Vetrot's intellectual property will result in immediate action including but not limited to legal proceedings.

Done-For-You Services
For done-for-you service purchases the following additional terms apply:
- A discovery call will be scheduled after purchase to discuss your specific requirements.
- Vetrot will complete the agreed scope of work as described at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for providing all necessary information, access, and materials required to complete the service in a timely manner.
- Delays caused by failure to provide required information will not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
- Vetrot reserves the right to decline or cancel a done-for-you service if the requirements fall outside our scope, in which case an alternative arrangement will be discussed.
- All work produced as part of a done-for-you service becomes your property upon completion and final delivery.

Call Bookings
Call bookings with Vetrot are managed through Calendly. By booking a call you agree to the following:
- Calls are subject to availability and confirmed via email.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled call. If you miss your call without prior notice it may be forfeited.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the link provided in your booking confirmation.
- Vetrot advisors provide general business guidance only and are not responsible for any business decisions you make as a result of the call.

Disclaimer of Results
Vetrot provides educational digital content and business guidance. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, income, or outcomes from the use of our courses or services.
- Results vary significantly between individuals based on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
- Any income figures or results mentioned on our website are examples only and are not guarantees of what you will achieve.
- Vetrot is not responsible for any financial losses or business failures resulting from the use of our products or services.
Your results depend on your own effort, dedication, and circumstances. We provide the knowledge and tools — the rest is up to you.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetrot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
Vetrot's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any Vetrot product or service, please contact us in the first instance by email:

We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 business days and will work with you to find a fair resolution within the bounds of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

Vetrot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made the date at the top of this page will be updated.
Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
